In 1989, he was one of the major members of the student revolutionary movement. In 1991, he founded the Civic Democratic Party and in 1992 headed the election campaign in Prague. In 1996 he participated in the opening of the Budejovicka shopping center in Prague, the first shopping center since November 1989. In 2008 he launched the first long-term rental project of the hotel type in the Czech Republic, Albertov Rental Apartments, where the small shopping center is also part of the complex. In 2010 he was the team manager that opened the Business Center Kosice in Slovakia, mix-used office and shops. In 2011, he founded Key Consulting Estate, an enterprise development consultancy, which provides intention, realization, trade and after facility services.

Last year, he launched another mixed-use project Luka Living rental apartments and shopping center, together with Vita Vala, the co-owner of Siko. Luka Living won a number of prestigious awards and ranked among the Czech 100 Best last year. Tomas Kaspar is the author of several books and regularly publishes in the professional and social press. He studied the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Prague and received the MBA at Business School Nederland. Tomas Kaspar is father of five children: David, Kristyna, Anna, Jan and Tom.
