Nikos Kalaitzidakis is a Country General Manager for Poland in Coca-Cola HBC Polska sp. z o.o. company. He was born in Athens, Greece but gained all his academic background abroad. He graduated University of Sussex where he got a BSc diploma in Computer Science Engineering, then MSc in Artificial Intelligence with Engineering Application at the University of Wales in Cardiff. He also holds a MBA from INSEAD in France.
Nikos has lived and worked in 10 counties so far. He began his carrier path as a Computer Science Engineer and Project Manager, from where he moved to Philip Morris Int. where he held various commercial and line roles, mainly in Central Europe and Central Asia. From 2006 he has been working for Coca-Cola HBC as a General Manager in five different countries: North-West Russia, 2006-2008, Croatia, 2008-2010, Bulgaria, 2010-2013, Hungary, 2013-2014 and in Poland from 2014 till now.
Coca-Cola HBC Poland is the leader of the Polish non-alcoholic beverages market. We employ over 2,100 people in Poland, cooperate with 3,800 suppliers and our products are available in over 130,000 stores across the country. Coca-Cola HBC Poland owns three production plants and 16 distribution centres.
Personally Nikos loves sport. He is fan of fencing (practising also himself), tennis and baking.
